The contro\u00adver\u00adsial concept of home embodies a longing and a search that charac\u00adte\u00adrizes our digitized and globa\u00adlized societies. The spectrum of reasons for voluntary and invol\u00adun\u00adtary migration has long since become blurred, and constant change and ongoing processes of forming a sense of home have become the basis of society. The central question is whether and how mobile and flexible people can find a home in these turbulent social struc\u00adtures. Houses, cities, lands\u00adcapes and countries, places of childhood, family and friends, religion, language, music and food, or digital platforms and social networks \u2013 homes can take many different forms. With an eye to the future, Tell Me Where Home Is examines these develo\u00adp\u00adments in the global mirror of 21st-century art, in which numerous artists ask urgent questions about home, migration and belonging.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
